Employee Experience Specialist

Pay: $28-$40 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

The Employee Experience Specialist supports key HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. This role partners with leaders and employees to foster a positive workplace culture and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
  • Assist with performance reviews, training, and employee development programs.
  • Maintain employee records and support HRIS, benefits, leave administration, and employee changes.
  • Serve as a resource for employee questions, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
  • Support compliance efforts, investigations, and HR documentation.
  • Track HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience experience.
  • Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular use of a computer and phone.
  • Occasional walking throughout office facilities.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
